REVIEW the FULL ULURP TIMELINE HERE West Harlem community members! DCP has scheduled a Public Hearing regarding the demolition and rehabilitation of 1727 Amsterdam Avenue. The public may testify and provide community input at this Hearing. Testimony can be given either in person at 120 Broadway in lower Manhattan or on-line via Zoom access. Please see instruction below for in-person or virtual testimony. IN PERSON TESTIMONY: Arrive at 120 Broadway with time to enter the building/meeting space Each speaker will have 3 minutes maximum (5 minutes for those requiring translation) REMOTE/VIRTUAL TESTIMONY: Registration for remote attendance via zoom starts at least an hour before the meeting (around 9:00 AM) at https://www.nyc.gov/content/planning/pages/calendar. Please note the link for registration won’t be active until then; you’ll find the registration button under the “View Meeting Information” tab Note that although the project is listed as #18 on the agenda this does not necessarily represent the timing of the project presentation on the schedule. We recommend being present the entire meeting if you wish to testify, but estimate the project could present as early as 10:30am.
